This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, cancellations, and service modifications for services provided by Skryxellkhakryon. Please read this policy carefully before booking any of our services.
Service Consultations
All styling consultations and services are provided on a non-refundable basis once the service has been completed. This includes wardrobe audits, capsule wardrobe creation, personal shopping assistance, special event styling, and color and silhouette analysis services.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 48 hours before the appointment, you may reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. We appreciate advance notice as it allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with reserving your appointment time and preparing for your consultation.
No-shows (failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment made and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.
To be eligible for a refund consideration, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Provide a detailed explanation of your concerns
- Allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Service Modifications
If you wish to modify your service package after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Modifications may include:
- Changing the date or time of your appointment
- Upgrading or downgrading your service package
- Adding additional services to your existing appointment
- Changing the location of your consultation (if applicable)
Any price differences resulting from service modifications will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Upgrades may require additional payment, while downgrades may result in a partial refund or credit toward future services.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our prior approval. Gift certificates and vouchers must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired certificates and vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
